This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

 About the role: 

Primary objective of this role is to ensure end-to-end global supply planning and order management for RMA SKUs, partnering cross-functionally with Factories, Suppliers, PLM, Engineering, Customer Service and Logistics for timely availability of service parts (SKUs offered as RMA for Enphase Products) to enhance product uptime. 

 What you will do:   

  • Perform end‑to‑end supply planning by partnering with PLM, Customer Service, Engineering and related functions to analyze demand, volatility, and business drivers, converting insights into accurate supplier build plans and weekly global supply commitments.
  • Drive multi-tier inventory optimization across regional distribution centers by aligning with suppliers and factories to elevate service levels while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.
  • Partner with logistics and delivery operations to optimize shipment planning, reduce cost, and ensure on‑time material availability across regions.
  • Ensure After-market readiness for new product launch by evaluating demand‑cannibalization risks and aligning stakeholders for smooth phase‑in/phase‑out transitions throughout the product life cycle.
  • Should be able to Analyze demand, supply, and operational constraints to develop mitigation plans and resolve fulfilment challenges. 
  • Drive data‑driven decision‑making by monitoring KPIs, performing root‑cause analyses, and preparing performance dashboards and planning simulations for leadership review.
  • Champion process improvement by identifying gaps, implementing procedural updates with Engineering, and negotiating alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders to meet evolving business needs. 

Who you are and what you bring:  

  • MBA (SCM/ Ops)
  • Or BE/B Tech, Preferred with SCM Experience
  • Strong customer first attitude
  • 7–8 years of hands‑on experience in Spare Parts/RMA Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Operations
  • Exposure to global supply chain networks and coordination with international manufacturing sites.  
  • Knowledge of inventory management, logistics planning, and supply chain optimization. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving process and operational improvements. 
  • Experience in working in office suite (proficiency with MS Excel)
  • Skilled in using the Oracle Cloud Based ERP Systems or Similar and PLM Software.  
  • Business Intelligence Knowledge and Ability to be a Techno-Functional Individual to resonate with User Needs and to Provide Optimal Solutions
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams
  • Strong mathematics, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business and financial expertise to understand the data impact on financials of the company
